- PROBLEM: The home has been unoccupied for some time and the landscaping has not been touched.
- SOLUTION: Create some curvy landscape beds and a nice privacy row of arborvitae bushes to frame the space and update this home’s curb appeal.
- Landscape Design: Now, this home is much more pleasing to look at and ready for its new homeowner to move in!
Design #3: Covering the Garage
Finally, we are headed to Branson, MO where this garage was all you would see as you pulled up to the driveway.
- PROBLEM: The garage and the drainage needed to be addressed.
- SOLUTION: Install a small retaining wall to keep the landscaping separate from the lawn and create a decorative gravel dry creek to separate the water that flows through from the lawn.
- Landscape Design: Now, this home has much more curb appeal and something nice to look at when coming home from a long day of work.
