Having an Issue Uploading Photos?
You have three options when sending photos. The first option is to "upload images". If you have more than 3 images, or the images are over 10mb, this might not be the best option for you.
If uploading images is not working, you can select "Link to photos below." If you select this option, then an input field will appear where you can paste the URL link to your photos. Common links are to Google Dive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, or HighTail.
If you are still having issues, can you submit the form without any images be selecting "Please followup with me for images."
Having an Issue with Payment?
If for any reason you are having issues with the payment submitting, scroll up back to where you selected the service and select "Not Ready to Start."
Then go to the bottom of the form and in the comments to Bobby, tell him that you had an issue with payment, what service you would like, and he will reach out to you to handle payment.
