Huntersville, NC: NEUER PROJECT:

Peter is an 82-year-old man who built his dream home and wanted the landscaping to match. We went with a modern landscaping vibe that was bright, vibrant, and low maintenance. He was thrilled with the final design, and I was happy to help him any time he called to make sure that he got the right plants for his dream home.

St. Petersburg, FL: CELLI PROJECT

Renee and Anne are a fantastic couple who are close to retiring. Anne is a realtor, and Renee is a publisher. They love where they live but are looking for something a bit different from everyone else. They decided on a modern landscaping Japanese style front yard design. After a Zoom call, a few pictures, and a couple of emails, Bobby K got to work designing a beautiful Japanese themed front yard. We installed a redwood walkway and ramp (because Renee has MS), sand and decorative gravel beds, and even elevated some bonsai trees for a “floating effect.” They loved the design and are teaming up with their local landscaper for installation.

Howell, MI: DOOLEY PROJECT

Susan and her husband are super busy with two kids. They were looking to see what their entire yard could look like with a professional modern landscaping design. On their wish list was a large patio with a separate fire pit area, lots of colors, and a staircase from the driveway to the patio. After I submitted the design, they were blown away with the detail. We stayed in close contact, and I answered questions during a follow-up Zoom call.

Chet and Katie are a young couple who wanted to bring their Mexico vacations home to their backyard. They sent me a few photos for inspiration, and I did the rest. We are starting the project in a couple of months.

Rick is a DIY kind of guy who has been a Bobby K YouTube subscriber for a while. He reached out to me after seeing a video of a modern landscaping design that caught his eye. We had a 15-minute phone call where I gathered what he liked/disliked, and I put together a colorful design that was super easy for him to install. Rick was excited when he received the plan, and within minutes of our phone call sent me photos of them at the nursery picking out plants.

Kirkwood, MO: HREVUS PROJECT

Mike was in the process of building his dream home and wanted the landscaping to fit the Florida style contemporary vibe he was constructing. I received house blueprints, snapped off a few pictures, and we had a Zoom call. From this, I created a design that screams Florida landscaping. Lots of color, texture, and style! He was extremely pleased and has now hired us to design the backyard as well.

Chrissy is a hard-working, single mom with a son under two years. She was recently divorced and always wanted a beautiful backyard space to enjoy with friends and family. We had a consultation, and I put together a modern landscaping design that opened up the space. We removed the deck, put in a modern patio, hid a planting wall under the deck, and installed light landscaping so that she has something beautiful but easy to take care of. She was thrilled, and the project turned out great!

Denver, CO: STOLTE PROJECT

(Backyard Architectural Design)

Mike and Carla are retirees and wanted to enjoy a shaded area by their pool. Mike enjoys barbequing and NFL football, and Carla wanted a space for comfortable outdoor dining. I designed a beautiful structure that had all the amenities for hanging out after a swim or a cozying up on the coach on cooler nights by the fire. We also removed the current outdoor kitchen, which just didn’t cut it and widened and heightened the fireplace, creating a beautiful focal point in the design.

Rancho, CA: TAPP PROJECT

Allen had just finished renovating his ranch home and wanted a big plan for the outside. His wish list included lots of fun things for the backyard: a sunken fire pit, a pool, a pergola, a nice-sized patio, lush landscaping, and a vineyard along the back fence. No problem! After a 30-minute Zoom call, a few email exchanges, and multiple pictures, Bobby K had everything to create this paradise. Allen was amazed at the vision for his backyard and is considering flying Bobby K and his crew out to do the project this fall.

Kelvin and Cheryl are living the American dream. They are self-made, incredibly successful people who worked hard to build their dream home. The only problem was that the outside did not match the inside. They had lots of amenities but no theme/flow to the yard. Bobby K swooped in to help make their outdoor dreams become a reality. After a Zoom call, pictures, and a few emails, Bobby K delivered a monster design that checked off all their boxes. Kelvin and Cheryl were so WOWed that they flew Bobby K to their home for a more serious conversation. Bobby K and his team are now installing this design within the next month, and the client can’t wait for their dream to become a reality!

Jenna was getting married. Her father, Jeff, wanted to surprise her with an “outside of the box” wedding gift of a beautiful paver patio. The only problem was he didn’t know where to start. Bobby K to the rescue! After Jeff sent a few photos of the house and a Zoom call and an email or two later, Bobby K put together a design that Jeff and a few guys could install in a week. Simple, low maintenance, and beautiful color variations that make the space POP!
